Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used to produce high-quality industrial products. This role demands precision and adherence to safety standards to ensure product specifications are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of auger mills and blending machines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating correctly.
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime of machinery.
• Work with team leads to enhance production workflows and minimize waste.
• Support the quality control team in ensuring product specifications are met.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Auger mill operation
• Preventive maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
