Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Belt Molder who will be accountable for the accurate and efficient molding of belts. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, while also being part of a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Mold belts using designated machinery and tools.
  • Ensure consistent quality and productivity during production.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Document production activities and quality inspections.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve molding techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadline goals.
  • Report production issues or machine malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
  • Maintain a proactive approach towards quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
Experience
  • 1-2 years in a manufacturing role is advantageous

Languages
  • English: Fluent
