As a Centerless Grinder Operator, you will set up and operate centerless grinding machines to produce precision parts that meet strict specifications. Your role is crucial in ensuring part quality through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Perform tests on sample parts to validate tolerances.
• Help train and mentor new operators on machine setup and operation.
• Assist in the development of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
