We are seeking a motivated Library Technician to assist with the organization and management of library resources. The ideal candidate will help patrons locate materials, maintain the library’s appearance, and support community programs.

• Shelve and organize library materials promptly and correctly.
• Support library users with inquiries and assistance.
• Ensure library displays and shelves are well maintained.
• Participate in library events and outreach activities.
• Assist in the check-in/check-out processes using library software.
• Keep accurate records of materials and their locations.
• Help with digital library resources and patrons' tech queries.
• Support the implementation of library programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Library Science preferred
• Library catalog software Experience in using software for cataloging and managing library resources.
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail High accuracy in organizing and shelving materials.
• Customer service Strong skills in assisting patrons and addressing inquiries.

• Experience in library programs or outreach activities: Prior knowledge of planning and executing library-related programs.
• Familiarity with digital library resources: Experience with online databases and digital archives.
