Job Description
As a Library Technician, you will be responsible for shelving books, assisting library users, and maintaining inventory accuracy. A passion for helping others and a keen attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
Shelve and organize library materials promptly and correctly.
Support library users with inquiries and assistance.
Ensure library displays and shelves are well maintained.
Participate in library events and outreach activities.
Assist in the check-in/check-out processes using library software.
Keep accurate records of materials and their locations.
Help with digital library resources and patrons' tech queries.
Support the implementation of library programs.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree in Library Science preferred
Experience
Previous experience in a library or similar environment is preferred
