Job Description

We are seeking an Officer in Charge/Assistant Officer in Charge to lead our Combat Service Support Team in a fast-paced military environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistical and administrative operations to support our combat units effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations within the Combat Service Support Team.
• Establish efficient processes for supply chain management.
• Oversee compliance with military protocols and regulations.
• Manage the development of logistics strategies for combat units.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and effective communication.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations.
• Drive improvements in logistical efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with external partners for logistics support.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of logistics processes.
• Ensure the readiness of resources for deployment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Military Science, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Prior leadership experience in a combat support role (desired)
