Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates within our client companies. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them build strong teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
  • Develop engaging job postings to attract top talent.
  • Review and improve recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate recruitment workshops and training for hiring teams.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs to measure success.
  • Assist in talent retention strategies and employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
