Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to spearhead the design and execution of training programs. You will assess training needs, develop engaging content, and drive motivational training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR on talent management strategies.
• Act as a mentor for managers in executing training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Training and Development is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training and development
