Job Description

We are seeking a Training and Development Manager to spearhead the design and execution of training programs. This role is vital in ensuring that our employees' skills are continually developed, aligning their growth with our organizational goals. You will assess training needs, develop engaging content, and drive motivational training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Evaluate training feedback and analyze metrics to measure program success.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for staff development.
  • Collaborate with HR on talent management strategies.
  • Act as a mentor for managers in executing training initiatives.
  • Research and implement new training technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Training and Development is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training and development
