Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in our production line, responsible for operating and maintaining dust mills. You will ensure smooth operations, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the feeding of materials into the grinding process.
• Calibrate machines to produce specific powder specifications.
• Participate in regular safety drills and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support team in achieving production targets efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing communication with the quality control team for product consistency.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in other production tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification or vocational training preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in powder processing or related field is a plus.
