Job Description

We are searching for a Document Management Specialist to streamline our document control processes. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring that all documentation processes are efficient and effective, while adhering to compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project documentation and records.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Organize and store documents in an online document management system.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents upon request.
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering and project management teams.
  • Research and implement improvements to the document control process.
  • Monitor compliance with document control policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding document statuses.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide documentation updates.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of document control experience in an engineering environment.
