Job Description

As a Calendar Runner at Leading Administrative Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and organizing calendars for our team and clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely scheduling and smooth coordination of events and appointments. A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills will be essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules for the executive team.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
  • Assist with travel arrangements including logistics and bookings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and related documents.
  • Support administrative functions such as filing and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events and company activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in calendar management
