Job Description

We are seeking motivated Weighers, Measurers, Checkers, and Samplers to join our dynamic logistics team. The primary responsibility includes measuring and recording weights and quantities of goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Use scales and measuring tools to provide accurate data.
• Prepare reports detailing measurement results for management review.
• Coordinate with various teams to manage workflow and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support training of new employees on measurement procedures.
• Make recommendations for improvement in weighing and measuring processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Understanding of Safety Standards
• Computer Skills

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS): Experience using software for tracking warehouse inventory.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in warehousing: Leadership experience within a warehouse setting.
