Responsibilities

• Oversee the structural design process from conception to completion.
• Review and test materials for viability and compliance with standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineering staff.

• Facilitate client meetings to discuss project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• PE license is mandatory

Experience

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• STAAD.Pro

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
• Professional Affiliate of ASCE

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles: Understanding of soil mechanics and foundation engineering.
