Job Description

As a Rubber Tubing Splicer, you will be responsible for repairing and splicing rubber tubing for various applications, including automotive and medical. The role demands precision, attention to detail, and the use of specialized equipment to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities

• Examine rubber tubing for wear and damage before processing.
• Utilize cutting tools and splicing machines efficiently.
• Ensure all splices are secure and production standards are met.
• Perform quality control testing on spliced tubing.
• Maintain an organized environment and report any safety hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production performance.
• Help train new employees on splicing techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in rubber processing or related manufacturing.
