Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Tire Builders to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling tires from cord materials, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

• Construct tires by assembling components accurately and efficiently.
• Test finished tires for defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Engage actively in safety training and team meetings.
• Participate in cross-training for various roles within the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational training or certification in manufacturing is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in tire manufacturing is highly desirable.
