Responsibilities

• Smooth out fabric surfaces to prepare for further processing.
• Check for quality issues before and after sanding.
• Utilize various sanding machines for different fabric types.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance.
• Document all relevant production data accurately.
• Participate in training opportunities to improve skills.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production performance.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Propose improvements to the sanding process when applicable.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in cloth sanding or a related field
