Precast Molder

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Precast Molder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precast products, working with various materials and tools to create molds, and ensuring that all finished products meet our rigorous quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of materials, including fiberglass and steel.
• Set up and adjust machines for specific mold requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in the fabrication of precast concrete products such as panels and beams.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adapt quickly to changes in production schedules and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project statuses.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance in mold-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast concrete fabrication.

• CNC Machining

Certifications

• AutoCAD Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machines: Hands-on experience operating CNC equipment for mold making.
