Job Description

Join our production team as a Hat Presser, where you'll be integral to the hat-making process. You will operate and maintain hat press machines, perform quality control, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine maintenance.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure finished product meets specifications.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in hat manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Industrial equipment maintenance
• Safety protocols understanding

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of different hat styles and designs: Understanding various hat designs and their requirements.
• Experience with production planning: Ability to assist in scheduling production runs.
