Join our dynamic team as a Coke Loader. Your primary duties will include performing quality checks on products before loading, maintaining an organized loading area, and adhering to safety regulations. A physically demanding job that offers great benefits.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload coking products onto and from delivery vehicles.
• Conduct routine inspections of loading and unloading equipment.
• Ensure the safety and accuracy of inventory records.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate loading schedules.
• Implement best practices for safe loading/unloading.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and safety awareness.
• Monitor product integrity during transportation.
• Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality.
• Help train new employees on loading protocols and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Pallet Jack Operation
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in warehouse loading operations: Familiarity with loading and unloading protocols and safety measures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
