As a Pattern Gater, you will play a pivotal role in our production process, responsible for creating and maintaining detailed patterns essential for garment manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure that our patterns meet the highest quality standards, leading to flawless finished products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fashion design and garment production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tweak patterns according to garment specifications.
• Work with production teams to validate pattern accuracy.
• Conduct fit sessions and evaluate pattern effectiveness.
• Ensure timely completion of patterns to align with production schedules.
• Document changes and track pattern iterations efficiently.
• Provide guidance to junior pattern makers and interns.
• Research and implement new techniques in pattern making.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Communicate openly with team members to enhance workflow.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions for upcoming collections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Certification in Pattern Making is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in pattern making for apparel

Technical Skills

• Garment Construction Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
