We are seeking a dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Review machine settings and specifications before production starts.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment functionality.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification from technical or vocational school

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Understanding of process control systems
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
