Job Description

We're looking for experienced Bus and Truck Mechanics and Diesel Engine Specialists to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of bus and truck engines and other mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical malfunctions on various heavy vehicles.
• Maintain a well-organized and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.
• Engage with suppliers for parts and maintenance needs.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance skill sets.
• Contribute to improving safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Help streamline the maintenance process and share best practices.
• Lead projects aimed at improving vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of vocational training or apprenticeships in diesel mechanics is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of related experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Skill in hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with electrical systems

Certifications

• EPA Certification for Refrigerant Handling
• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
