Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our millwork division to design, build, and install high-quality millwork components. This position requires proficiency in woodworking techniques and an eye for detail to achieve excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

• Interpret sketches and CAD designs for millwork projects.
• Fabricate components using various woodworking tools and techniques.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before installation.
• Assist in training junior workers on machinery and safety practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Support inventory management by reporting material needs.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to refine product designs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in carpentry or millwork is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the woodworking industry

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Safety Protocol Training

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with custom cabinetry projects: Prior work on specialized millwork projects such as custom cabinetry.
