Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high software quality standards. You will be responsible for designing test strategies and executing test plans to identify bugs and improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with product teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to overall product quality.
• Perform regression testing for software updates and bug fixes.
• Assist with performance testing and usability testing to enhance user experience.
• Participate in QA team meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on automation

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Scripting Languages

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Cloud Testing Environments: Understanding of cloud-based testing environments and workflows.
• Experience with Mobile Testing: Knowledge of mobile testing practices and tools for both Android and iOS.
