Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department by providing comprehensive HR advice and services. Your primary responsibility is to assist both managers and employees in navigating HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters. You will be involved in recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives, ensuring our workforce remains engaged and compliant with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert HR guidance across various employee-related matters.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
  • Support the administration of HR programs, including performance reviews and employee engagement surveys.
  • Resolve employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Compile and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep abreast of HR best practices.
  • Support the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
  • Provide insights into workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years in an HR Advisor or similar position
