• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in metalworking preferred
• Furnace operation Proficient in operating industrial furnaces for metal processing.
• Bending and shaping metal Experienced in techniques for accurately bending metal components.
• Quality inspection Able to inspect finished products for quality compliance.
• Attention to detail Meticulous in monitoring and controlling processes.
• Team collaboration Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Communication Effective communicator with team members and supervisors.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with CNC bending machines: Hands-on experience operating CNC technology for precision bending.
