Job Description

We are looking for skilled Farm Equipment Mechanics and Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery, providing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on various types of farm equipment.
• Work closely with clients to resolve service-related inquiries.
• Document all service activities and inventory parts used.
• Train new technicians on service procedures and equipment.
• Ensure the workshop is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
• Actively participate in company training programs.
• Support sales by assisting customers with equipment demonstrations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in a related field such as electronics or mechanical engineering is a plus

Experience

• Experience providing technical support to customers preferred
