Job Description

As a Drawing Frame Tender, you will be integral to our production team. Your responsibilities will include the operation and maintenance of drawing frames, ensuring consistent yarn quality, and performing necessary adjustments to machinery. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are key to succeeding in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs and conduct pre-operation checks.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure product specifications are met.
• Document machine performance and production data daily.
• Work closely with quality control to maintain high standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues by working with maintenance staff.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train peers in machinery handling and maintenance.
• Support production team to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textile production is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience as a Drawing Frame Tender is preferred
