Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate winding, twisting, and drawing out machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality. Your attention to detail and mechanical skills will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the copping machine, winding, twisting, and drawing out of textiles.
• Observe machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure that specifications are met.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Document production metrics and report to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience with textile machinery operation preferred.
