Responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on usage.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) Systems
• Inventory Management Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in business-to-business sales is a plus.
• Bilingual Skills: Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous for customer engagement.
