Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting users with hardware and software issues. Your role will involve diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and helping to maintain our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user support requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and fixing network and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specialized IT solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects and implement new systems and technologies.
  • Provide training for staff on software applications and workplace technology.
  • Continuously improve IT support processes and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles
