Junior Accountant

Job Description

Join our Atlanta team as a Junior Accountant, where you will play a key role in maintaining financial records and supporting the month-end close process. You'll work closely with experienced accountants, gaining invaluable insights and professional growth in the accounting field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and post them into the accounting system.
• Assist in managing payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Aid in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Track and maintain fixed asset schedules.
• Provide support in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• Relevant internships or coursework in accounting or finance

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CPA or pursuing CPA certification: A CPA credential or active pursuit of certification is highly desirable.
