Job Description

As the Environmental Practice Leader, you will spearhead our environmental initiatives, guiding a skilled team to deliver innovative solutions for clients. You will be pivotal in developing environmental strategies and ensuring compliance across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the environmental practice, ensuring effective project management and compliance.
  • Lead proposal efforts for new project opportunities and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into broader operational strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and inquiries.
  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team.
  • Review and approve project deliverables to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Facilitate training sessions on environmental best practices for team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Participate in conferences and public engagements to represent the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree or Professional Certification (e.g., PE, CHMM) is preferred
