Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heat treating machines and equipment.
• Develop treatment schedules tailored to specific alloys and manufacturing requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products for quality assurance.
• Document operations and report any deviations from standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and standards.
• Assist in training junior operators and tenders on equipment and best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in die hardening or heat treatment.

Technical Skills

Certifications

Languages
