Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner.

  • Work with vendors for warranty and repair issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees to the support team.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
