Armature Tester

Job Description

The Armature Tester will be responsible for rigorously testing electrical components of armatures for motors and generators. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in electrical testing while maintaining a keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical measurements on armatures.
• Document and analyze test results to provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI testing standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to uphold standards.
• Participate in quality audits and inspections as required.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Experience testing electrical components is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Multimeters and Oscilloscopes
• Troubleshooting

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment: Practical skills with diverse testing tools and methodologies.
• Quality Control experience: Previous experience in a role focused on quality assurance.
