Job Description

The Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing instrumentation equipment used across multiple industries including manufacturing, research and development, and healthcare. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electronics and be skilled in troubleshooting various instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Calibrate and maintain instrumentation equipment effectively.
  • Troubleshoot control systems and automation equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records.
  • Collaborate with production operators to resolve equipment issues.
  • Assist in the development of new calibration procedures.
  • Monitor instrumentation systems for anomalies and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate Degree in Electronics Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and repair
