Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plumbing layouts for both residential and commercial buildings.
• Work closely with project managers to meet timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure all plumbing designs adhere to safety standards and regulations.
• Update existing designs based on feedback from engineers and stakeholders.
• Analyze building blueprints for incorporation of plumbing systems.
• Utilize advanced drafting tools and software for design precision.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design and implementation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting plumbing design processes.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for accurate planning and installation.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Drafting or Engineering related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in plumbing drafting

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Plumbing Codes
• 3D Modeling

• Time Management
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
