Actuary

Job Description

As an Actuary in our Minneapolis office, you will leverage your expertise in risk assessment and modeling to guide clients in making informed financial decisions. Candidates should have strong analytical capabilities and a passion for data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth actuarial analyses and model construction.
• Advise on risk management practices and policy development.
• Work with clients to interpret findings and implement solutions.
• Regularly review and refine models for accuracy.
• Lead projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for executive teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or Mathematics
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the actuarial field

• Data Modeling
• R or Python

Certifications

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)

Languages
