We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims related to property and casualty insurance policies. Your keen analytical skills and attention to detail will be vital as you communicate with policyholders and other involved parties to ensure fair and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site investigations of insurance claims related to property damage or loss.
• Assess damages, review policy coverage, and determine appropriate compensation.
• Gather evidence, take photographs, and interview all relevant parties for accurate information regarding claims.
• Prepare detailed reports to document findings and support claim decisions.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and contractors while maintaining professional relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient claim processing.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in claims adjustment practices.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
