Job Description

We are seeking an Agricultural Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to agriculture operations, ensuring efficient cultivation and maintenance of crops.

Responsibilities

• Carry out soil health assessments and recommendations.
• Oversee irrigation system operations, including pumps and pipelines.
• Participate in planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities.
• Collaborate on pest and disease management strategies.
• Repair and maintain farm machinery and tools.
• Record data related to crop production and environmental conditions.
• Coordinate with farm management on operational improvements.
• Help develop sustainable farming practices.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure functionality.
• Report findings to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Environmental Science (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural operations.
