Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor new team members in standard operating procedures.
• Document production metrics and maintain reports as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in relevant equipment operation preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant trade experience

Technical Skills

• Metalworking Skills
• Welding Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in High-Volume Production: Skills in managing production lines efficiently.
