Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Atlanta team. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects related to infrastructure development. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a passion for sustainable engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the execution of civil engineering projects.
• Evaluate and recommend materials and equipment for projects.
• Develop and implement project work plans.
• Perform risk assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and provide project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure development

Technical Skills

• Highway Design
• Geotechnical Engineering

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with soil mechanics: Knowledge of soil mechanics and its application in engineering design.
• Expertise in hydrology: Strong understanding of hydrological processes relevant to civil engineering.
