Job Description

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mechanical testing protocols.
• Lead projects from conception through to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and components.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to refine designs.
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with rapid prototyping techniques: Hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping methodologies.
