The successful candidate will assist in executing transactions, conducting financial analyses, and preparing presentations for clients. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial modeling for various transactions.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies tailored to client needs.
• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or investment banking

• M&A Experience

• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is an advantage
• Investment Banking Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
