Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter at Innovative Engineering Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing construction plans and specifications for various civil engineering projects. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create precise and detailed construction documents.
• Analyze project specifications to prepare assessment reports and proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and schedules for engineering projects.
• Review engineering drawings for completeness and accuracy before final submission.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress and design requirements.
• Identify design conflicts and propose effective solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting or civil engineering design

Technical Skills

• MicroStation
• GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS)

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• AutoCAD Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
