E-Commerce Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Director to lead our online retail operations. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive online revenue growth, overseeing our e-commerce platforms, managing digital marketing initiatives, and optimizing the overall online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to optimize online sales through customer engagement and innovative marketing.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer preferences.
• Implement tools for tracking customer behavior on the website to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure robust platform security and functionality.
• Develop budget plans for marketing initiatives and monitor the financial performance of campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years in e-commerce or related roles with a strong digital marketing background
