Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our e-commerce site, including product management and optimizing our online sales strategies. You will work closely with various teams to boost sales and maintain a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging website content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with online security and payment processing.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management
