Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Overedger to optimize our production workflow. Your technical skills and understanding of shoe manufacturing machinery will contribute to the efficiency and quality of our footwear products.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Overedger technology to streamline our manufacturing process.
• Work closely with design engineers to enhance product efficiency.
• Implement and follow best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure standards.
• Engage in problem-solving sessions with team members to enhance workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment around machinery.

Advantageous

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience: Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of materials used in footwear: Knowledge of different materials and their properties used in shoe manufacturing.
