Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Registered Central Services Technician (CRCST) where you will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment. You will ensure the proper management of inventory and play a critical role in supporting the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all medical instruments are processed according to established protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits of sterilization techniques and compliance with health standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new sterilization procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to support surgical and medical needs.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CRCST certification required
  • Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification is a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in central sterile processing or a related field required.
