Your meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship will play a vital role in delivering the best instruments to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Refine and polish flutes using specialized polishing tools
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas needing improvement
• Adhere to established quality standards for each instrument
• Assist in training new staff on polishing techniques
• Monitor supply levels of polishing materials and report shortages
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements
• Document polishing processes for quality assurance
• Promote best practices in safety and workplace organization
• Provide feedback to the production manager on equipment performance

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in the music instrument manufacturing industry is advantageous.
